Anne GoldmanAnne Goldman is an international leader who promotes the integration of consumer sensory science to the product development process working with cross-functional business teams. Her professional career has included positions in the food industry as well as research and academic institutes on three continents. In 1986 she was a co-founder of ACCE International, a full service market research company that specializes in consumer based sensory research for clients in the CPG, pharmaceutical and hospitality industries. She holds a Masters degree in Food Science from the University of Leeds, UK, is a Certified Food Scientist and is a Fellow of IFT, IAFoST and IFST (UK). She was a recipient in 2012 of the David R. Peryam Award awarded to an outstanding professional in the applied sensory science field.
