Mia PrimMia Prim is an Associate Professor at the Dept. of Food and Nutrition, and Sport science, University of Gothenburg.  Prior to this position she worked for ten years at SIK as a sensory scientist and project leader. She received her PhD in Culinary Arts and Meal Science from the University of Örebro. Her research focuses on meal experience and the implications of contextual factors.  She has been studying school meal experiences for the past five years. She is in particular interested in understanding how institutional meal situations could be improved to increase guest satisfaction, health and life quality
